We Listened to Your Needs and Now Offer More Solutions

We’ve been listening.  Through surveys, phone interviews, and even in-home visits, we’ve heard about the challenges being faced by people with disabling conditions and what their needs are.

• 71 percent say they need help buying prescription drugs
• 33 percent need financial counseling
• 29 percent wanted our help in getting affordable health insurance

Freedom Disability

Obviously, our primary goal here at Freedom Disability is to help our customers secure Social Security Disability benefits.  The cash benefits and eventual eligibility for Medicare are two of the most valuable assets we can help them acquire.

But we want to do more. So, we’re looking for products, services, companies, and organizations that can help our customers get through the financial crisis that disabling medical conditions can cause.

For those people we find not eligible for disability benefits at the time that they contact us, we still want to help them in some way. So, for now we are offering free discount prescription cards and referrals to trusted companies that provide financial counseling services.

Freedom Square

We also recently launched Freedom Square. This is a marketplace of benefit programs exclusively available to the Freedom Disability community.  Our customers can easily explore companies we have found to be the best in providing the products and services that might help to meet their needs.

HelpWell Plus

And soon we will launch another new service – called HelpWell Plus™ – that will link people with local, state, and federal benefit programs.

More is on the way to help everyone who contacts us for our advocacy services. Our goal is to help our customers find their way through the challenges of their disabling conditions.  We’re doing that by listening to our customers and learning what does or does not work for them.
