Veterans Disability Benefits Advocacy

Alpha

In addition to helping veterans receive Social Security Disability, Freedom Disability now offers veterans assistance in receiving disability benefits from the VA through our sister company, Alpha.  Alpha is the nation’s fastest growing veterans disability advocacy group.

  • Even if your medical condition was not caused by your military service you may qualify for benefits.
  • If you currently receive benefits from the Veterans Administration (VA), you may qualify for more.
  • There is no cost to you unless we win your case or increase your benefits.

The VA can be a challenging bureaucracy.  We are here to help you navigate the maze. The majority of our Veterans Disability Advocates are veterans themselves and many have disabilities. We understand the challenges you face and can provide you with the help you need to get the benefits you have earned.

Please contact us today by clicking this link and completing the Alpha contact request form.

Note: All representation coordinated by Alpha is provided by our employees, the Advocates, who are accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). No private organization that trains and employs accredited agents has been legally recognized by the VA for the purposes of preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims. This work must be done by the Advocates themselves and not organizations.

I am a Veteran. I filed in June of 2010. They came back with 40%. I added some additional issues, and there were a few issues delayed since 2010. The VA has sent me a VCAA response wanting to know if they want me to have them work on the claim w/o a couple of issues, or to send them additional support of my claim. I would like to do both. I would like to consult with an atty regarding my response, and if I feel it necessary, get an atty. I would appreciate a phone call for an appt. (559) 674-8026 Thank you

      Teresa,

I would recommend calling our sister company Alpha. They will ask you a few questions about your time in the services and determine your eligibility for additional VA Benefits. I hope you will give them a call at (877) 611-7724. Good luck!

Everybody gets checked out @ MEPS 100% Physically & Mentally before they enter the Service, correct? Ok, well tell me how the U.S. Government can diagnose me with a: Personality Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Depression Disorder.. & give me an Honorable Discharge, @ the 2-year mark of a 4-year Contract!? according to the VA Rep I went & talked to, he said that the VA HAS to Compensate me! Well, in early 2009, that same VA Rep filed claims for Disability for all of my Mental Health Diagnosis’. When I ETS, the Army never gave me any copies of my Mental Health Paperwork! So therefore, the VA Rep was not able to send in any “Documentation aka Proof” of the claims. Therefore, the VA DENIED my claims. Ever since 2009, I’ve tried contacting Senator Richard Shelby of Alabama, to see if he could help me get the correct Mental Health Documentation that the VA needs to Approve these claims. He was NOT able to help any.. I’ve tried to reach out to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. Where I recieved Treatment, & even they COULD NOT locate my paperwork. I need someone desperately to call me about trying to get the Ball Rolling on these VA Disability Claims! I’ve tried everything/everybody I can think of. Feel free to write me back or call me Anytime! Thanks.
