Freedom Disability has immediate openings for Social Security Disability Eligibility Screeners. We are seeking an applicant that has a sincere desire to help people with disabilities improve the quality of their lives, has excellent customer service skills and some sales experience would be a plus.
The Freedom Disability Screener will perform the following:
- Make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed an interest in applying for Social Security disability insurance benefits.
- Receive inbound calls from people inquiring about Social Security disability eligibility.
- Screen for potential eligibility for Social Security disability insurance benefits.
- Schedule customer appointments.
- Explain Social Security disability eligibility and benefits.
- Accurately research and gather information while conducting the screening process.
- Attend all company mandated training and contribute to the overall advancement of company goals.
- Assist with administrative duties to include filing, copying and scanning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
