In Their Own Words…
“Elizabeth and all the staff worked very hard to make sure I was successful in getting my disability. They always returned my calls and answered all my questions. I really had no concerns with anything along the way. I am really excited about the outcome of my case. I would recommend Freedom Disability to anyone who may be considering filing for their disability. Thank you to everyone who helped me along the way!” Linda 12/05
“Dear Marlon…..Your congratulation is taken humbly and appreciated. From the very first phone call with my Advocate was nothing but professionally polite, patient, and very clear in the information she shared with me or asked me to obtain. Her calls in the wait period were timely and encouraging. She always ended our calls with the questions, do you have any questions; or did you undersatnd what we discussed. All my experience with her was positive.” – Chyrel 12/04
“Elizabeth was always pleasant, helpful and truly seemed concerned. Thanks for the work on my case.” – Sue 12/04
“Hello, I am writing to you to let you know that it has been an absolute pleasure working with Stephanie. Back in February of this year (2012) I called Freedom Disability to obtain assistance filing for Social Security Disability. I had the good fortune to be connected with Stephanie! Having heard some horror stories from friends and colleagues regarding disability approval, I really didn’t know what to expect, and, more importantly, how long the process would take. I’m sure you can imagine how I must have felt: having worked since I was 14 yrs old, now only 55 yrs old and unable to continue working because I have degenerative disk and facet disease in my spine together with spinal stenosis and emphysema. Stephanie held my hand through the entire process!! She showed me the utmost professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and, for me, compassion beyond words! She took what could have been an unbearable situations and made it as painless as humanly possible!! On September 17, 2012 I was approved! MAJOR KUDOS TO STEPHANIE!!
You can bet that I will sing the praises of Freedom Disability to anyone that crosses my path who is in need of assistance! Thank you!” – Beatrice 10/12
“Dear Teddy, I’m forwarding a letter of recognition for Dustin, a Freedom Disability representative.
My initial application interview with Dustin occurred on April 24, and by Labor Day weekend, I had received notification, through a bank deposit, that my SSA disability request was approved. Given the speed of this approval, and the knowledge that a small percentage of applicants are approved initially, I would conclude that this was as efficient and timely an experience as any customer could expect. I feel Dustin’s tireless efforts are largely the reason for this success.
Beyond the initial interview, I was a persistent applicant, calling Dustin numerous times with additional information that I thought significant. To say I worked him hard, mainly due to my own worry, would be an understatement. In every instance, I found him to be both enthusiastic and reassuring. Ending every conversation, he would remind me to keep him informed with any developments or changes, and give me an estimate of his next action and follow-up. This was particularly important once the medical personnel (of which there were many) began providing my records to SSA, as Dustin let me know that one key physician had yet to respond, and we were able to facilitate the records delivery within two days.
I would describe Dustin as energetic, motivated, empathetic, efficient, and timely…no doubt the ideal qualities Freedom Disability is looking for in a representative in this line of work. Though a bit unsure and intimidated by this process at first, I’ve had an excellent working relationship with Dustin throughout these past months, and now in retrospect, I realize I had the “A-Team” in my corner! I would enthusiastically endorse Freedom Disability, and Dustin in particular, to any future applicant I come across. Thank you again for your invaluable service! Regards.” Charles – 09/12

“After I sent you the email, I called the number on the letter they sent me, and the person I spoke with confirmed that I did get approval. He said that I should have gotten the approval letter but because of the holiday it must have been delayed. It should be in today’s mail. I want to thank you Kristie. I am glad that I called Freedom Disability and also glad that you were my advocate. You did a good job and I am grateful. Sincerely, Lyn” – 05/2012

“I have been out of work and seeing a doctor for my disability for approximately 6 years and only just submitted my application to Freedom Disability 6 months ago. There have been several people that have helped me with my case so far at Freedom Disability: Merita, Erica and Nikeisha. I would just like to take the time out to thank you for all the hard work that each of you have done for me. I know that this process takes at least 2 to 3 years or maybe longer until most of us will see our money as long as we are approved, we must be patient. To many people complain about how long it takes and many other things when they should be grateful that we have good people at Freedom Disability to help us with our case. Whether or not we are approved or not approved, I feel confident that Freedom Disability is hard at work. Once again thank you for all your hard work. Even though my case is still on-going I just wanted to thank you for the services that you have provided so far.” 05/2012
LETTER: “Just a note: Thank you Freedom Disability so much for representing me in my case. I would have not done the paperwork right or found the correct forms to use. Thank you Erica for your time and it was a pleasure meeting you. If I know of anyone who needs help I am definitely referring them to Freedom Disability. Thanks for all.” Kathy 03/12
“Mister Garrett, this is Catherine. I just called and spoke to a Kanika and ..I know everybody will call leave a message that you have someone that’s not a good worker and I’m calling to tell you I think she’s an excellent a lady. I hope she becomes one of the advocates or gets more promotions. She’s kind to me; she spoke loud enough … and she’s thorough and a very very lovely lady. I just wanted to call so that you could please put a little marker in her folder for promotions and things like that and let her know that … she does have … 1 of your customers that really thinks she’s awesome. That’s all I need to say to you I think you get the point. I just wanted tell you once again the lady named Kanika is excellent at what she does and I hope she goes far in your firm. Thank you.”– Catherine 03/2012
“Yes Evelyn, my name is Michael I’m a client of you all’s and Karen was my case worker. I could not believe and thank you people enough for everything you’ve done. You’ve got me disability within five months with people who have waited years. Karen was so super and awesome. She was easy to talk to; I mean the girl deserves a raise. She’s awesome and don’t ever lose her because she’s really a good person to work with. If you ever want to do a commercial I’ll be glad to do it for you thank you.” – Michael 02/2012
“Hi Wil! Just wanted to take a moment to say ‘thank you’ for all you’ve done. I don’t know how many people take the time to say thank you…..I know it meant the world to me when I was in the mortgage business…..I received my letter from SSI and the check and I see that you’ve received your payment too. I cannot believe after 2 1/2 years it’s finally over! I will recommend you and your company to everyone and anyone I meet struggling with disability. You and your company are absolutely fabulous! Thank you again, and I hope I didn’t cause too many problems for you during this ordeal. Have a great day” – Kymberli 02/2012
“I’ve been with Evelyn from the start to the end and I’m going to the judge. I’m not worried because win or lose she will be with me, on that I can bank. Freedom you’re the awesomest.” – Roderick 01/2012
“Ms. Evelyn, I hope the holidays have treated you and your family well and all are safe! Recently I had the good fortune to deal with a person in your organization with whom I needed support for my case in applying for disability. At times I could not always comply with the needs of this individual and met with extreme patience andunderstanding. The professional nature in which this individual supported my needs and responded to my questions was at a minimum superlative. This person assuaged my fears with explanatory information. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated. I have been a supervisor or manager of people for most of my working career and I was treated and managed so well soon after the introduction I started to gain more and more confidence in Mr. Anthony. I want you to also take credit for managing Anthony and whatever training you must have provided for a function that must be very difficult to manage, never mind his execution. I usually complain loudly and often but I always feel justified because when I see and experience quite the opposite I also note and complement those involved. I may only be one account and I may be someone you don’t know – but I would like to congratulate Anthony and you for a fine job! Have a great day as well!” – Rocky 01/2012
