I have recieved a notice from SSA of a pending Hearing. I am doing visitations and other minor clerical duties for a church for 400.00 a month. It is very minimal work just to assist me as I have not worked since December 13, 2011.

    Hello,

I received some more papers from Social Security who scheduled an appointment for me to see one of their Drs. Is this really necessary? I have not had my breast cancer surgery yet and all of this paperwork is really getting old.

    • Freedom Disability says:

      Hi Beverly,

I do apologize for all the paperwork you have, but it is necessary if you want to build a strong SSDI case. I’ve asked that you’re Advocate contact you about this. Hopefully she will be able to help you with this.

I left a message for my advocate (Marlena Sobel) yesterday evening and will not be able to talk to her on my phone because it is a safelink service and is currently down to four minutes. If you could forward this to her and ask her to call my daughter’s number 501-472-2105 Her name is Ashley. She currently works nights so anytime after two PM central time is good there and she is across the street from me.

    Thank you
    Raymond Bartlett
